I actually couldn’t believe how clean my rugs were when l got them back. Seriously they came back as new. They are about 10 years old but you would think l had new rugs now. Great service.

Laurence and the team at Geelong Rug Spa made the process seamless and ensured we understood the process that went into our Rug clean. The pickup and delivery meant that is wasn’t logistically tiresome and the results were amazing!

FROM OUR RUG CLEANING CLIENTS

Absolutely delighted with our rug. We thought it was not salvageable but it has been returned to us so clean, fresh and looking as new again. The communication with Louise was so easy and prompt. A service we would highly recommend and will likely use again.

Had our rug cleaned by the team at Geelong rug spa, we are very happy with the results. The team are super friendly and efficient to work with. Rug came back looking like new Will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you team

Every aspect of a top business/service covered by the enthusiasm of rug spa owners. Rug pickup & delivery to you, on time and on budget. Rug grubby after 5yrs daily usage returned better than store new. Absolutely recommend & will use again. Thanks Rug Spa.

We have a large felt & wool rug that a very enthusiastic little Labrador covered in mud and we thought it was a goner. Geelong Rug Spa picked it up and dropped it off once cleaned and we are blown away by how good it has turned out. It looks brand new again. We couldn’t recommend them more!

We used Rug spa for our white woollen rug that our dog had an accident on and turned the white rug from white to brown. They were amazing, quick, professional and Laurence even came and set the rug back up for us. Our rug smells amazing and looks white!!! I honestly can not thank them enough. Without their help I would have thrown the rug out.

We sent our white wool rug off to be cleaned after years of wear and tear, pets, babies etc. After having it steam or dry cleaned a couple of times and not noticing any difference we were so shocked to see how amazing it has come up after one visit to Geelong Rug Spa! It's like brand new! A great pick up/delivery service is a life saver with the friendliest service. Thanks so much!
